Important information

If you are acting on behalf of a corporation

You will be required to provide a statement signed by an executive officer of the corporation consenting to the transaction.

If you are pawning goods

You will be required to fill out an Ownership Statement Form so that the Pawnbroker can be sure that you are the owner of the goods or that you have the authority of the owner to pawn the goods. Any information that you provide to the Pawnbroker will be passed on to the Commissioner of Police.

If you are offering any second-hand goods for sale by a second-hand dealer

You will be required to fill out an Ownership Statement Form so that the Pawnbroker can be sure that you are the owner of the goods or that you have the authority of the owner to sell the goods. Any information that you provide to the Pawnbroker may be passed on to the Commissioner of Police.
